I. Executive Thesis
This White Paper declares a cross-century civilizational proposition: Earth New Life Spiritual Awakening is not an isolated religious experience or a slogan of individual spiritual practice. Rather, it is a comprehensive civilizational undertaking that takes the NATS National Spiritual Civilization Treasure System, initiated in 1997, as its central carrier and seeks to transform the millennial inheritance of Great Love, Wisdom, Fulfillment, and Peace into a framework that is institutionalized, asset-based, transmissible, and sustainable—extending ultimately toward a galactic scale.
NATS is not a single artwork, nor is it merely a digital token. It is presented as a civilizational treasure of the Eastern Renaissance, a system built around the concept of a sovereign civilizational asset, anchored in 3D golden thangka heritage and space-related cultural records, guided by Charity Economicism as its distributive ethic, and supported technologically by RWA 2.0, CivOS, and QHR.
Its purpose is singular: to help move Earth’s civilization from self-interest maximization toward life-value maximization; to enable the Asia-Pacific to become a demonstration zone for Great Love, Charity, and Wisdom; and to propose that future civilization—even at a galactic scale—should not begin from conquest, but from the axiom of compassionate coexistence.
This discourse unfolds through seven layers:
Historical Synthesis → Philosophical Axioms → Economic Model → Civilizational Assets → Awakening Mechanism → Asia-Pacific and Global Co-Creation → Action Agenda
Together, they serve as a foundational text for future policy, education, finance, museums, and dialogue on space civilization.
II. Historical Synthesis: Why 1997 Is the Cross-Century Point of Origin
2.1 The Launch Year of the Eastern Renaissance
In 1997, Huadun International was established in the form of a social enterprise, while at the same time initiating a national civilization art project under the banner of the Eastern Renaissance.
This project was not designed as nostalgia. Its purpose was to combine the six-century Gelug tradition of Manjushri wisdom associated with Ta’er Monastery, the interaction between Han and Tibetan civilizations, and highly refined metalwork and handcraft traditions into a three-dimensional golden thangka designed for permanent preservation and cross-century transmission.
Its central artwork presents Master Tsongkhapa and his two principal disciples, with the symbolic values of:
Compassion · Wisdom · Fulfillment
At the same historical moment, the world was entering a period of expanding financial capital, early internet civilization, and intensifying geopolitical instability.
NATS chose that moment to place not power, but the heart, back at the center of civilizational sovereignty.
Its proposition was that a nation should not be defined only by military force, territory, or currency, but also by a verifiable spiritual and cultural heritage that represents responsibility toward humanity and future generations.
2.2 Historical Milestones of the Transmission Chain
According to the NATS narrative, between 2005 and 2007, the three-dimensional golden thangka of Master Tsongkhapa and his two disciples underwent review and appraisal at the National Palace Museum in Taipei.
In 2008, during the period surrounding publication of the Dragon Canon by the National Palace Museum, the NATS cultural symbol of Compassion, Wisdom, and Fulfillment was presented as resonating with the broader civilizational legacy of the Buddhist canon.
In 2010, a same-batch 3D golden thangka was associated with the Shanghai World Expo Museum.
In 2015, a work was donated to Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum and received within the institution’s cultural context.
In 2016, a NATS cultural emblem was described within the project narrative as having participated in a 33-day Shenzhou-11 space-related cultural record.
In 2017, the tradition was further linked to narratives involving national-level institutions and Ta’er Monastery in connection with the continuing transmission of Manjushri wisdom and the Tsongkhapa lineage.
On April 14, 2026, a three-dimensional golden thangka was donated to National Chengchi University as a permanent contribution from an alumnus to the university and to the broader idea of national spiritual civilization.
These milestones are presented as forming a continuous transmission chain:
Monastic Lineage
→ National Museum
→ World Exposition
→ Humanistic Buddhist Institution
→ Space Orbit
→ University Innovation Center
→ Global Collections
The significance of this “authentic transmission,” within the NATS framework, is that it seeks to elevate cultural memory from a private collecting story into a sustainable system of civilizational stewardship.
2.3 Why Speak of “Representing 1.4 Billion People”?
Within this White Paper, 1.4 billion is not merely a population statistic. It is presented as the scale of a civilizational mandate.
Chinese civilization has passed through the Axial Age, the transmission of Mahayana Buddhism, Song-Ming Neo-Confucianism, modern struggles for national survival, and contemporary technological transformation.
Yet according to the NATS thesis, what has long been lacking is a framework capable of simultaneously:
- stabilizing the inner life,
- enabling dialogue with the world,
- and extending upward into a cosmic civilizational horizon.
NATS seeks to address that gap through a model in which:
the thangka provides form,
compassion provides principle,
Charity Economicism provides social function,
and digital civilization provides the technological medium.
Its aspiration is to allow every Chinese person—and ultimately every person on Earth—to find a place within a shared framework of public good.
III. Philosophical Axioms: Defining New Life Spiritual Awakening
3.1 Awakening Is Not Escaping the World, but Re-Legislating the World
“Earth New Life” refers to redefining life from a consumptive individual into a co-creative civilizational unit.
“Spiritual Awakening” does not mean abandoning institutions in favor of mysticism. Rather, it means three transformations taking place at once:
- From self-interest maximization to compassionate altruism.
- From linear growth to multiplicative life-value maximization.
- From Earth-centered narratives of conquest to galactic-scale coexistence grounded in compassion.
3.2 The Principle of the Imperishable Present and the Law of Compassionate Attraction
The Principle of the Imperishable Present holds that true civilizational value is not found merely in promises about the future, but in whether present actions have already transformed goodness, wisdom, and beauty into enduring public assets.
Within the symbolic logic of this White Paper:
- gold resists fading,
- a historical spaceflight record cannot be undone,
- and institutional preservation can create long-term legal and cultural continuity.
The central idea is that the present can be transformed into a form of institutional permanence.
The Law of Compassionate Attraction proposes that when a system is built upon compassion as a foundational protocol, capital, talent, trust, and technology tend to converge toward it.
By contrast, if exploitation becomes the foundational protocol, short-term profit may rise while long-term civilizational utility collapses as trust approaches zero.
This proposition is presented as both an ethical principle and an observable model of social dynamics.
3.3 A Third Path: Neither Monopolistic Capital Nor Centralized Allocation
Charity Economicism, originating conceptually around 2007 and systematized in 2018, seeks to correct the limitations of a model in which self-interest is treated as the sole organizing principle, while also avoiding the concentration risks that arise when administrative power replaces market coordination.
Its core proposition is to embed altruism into:
- property rights,
- distribution,
- governance,
- and auditing.
Under this framework, enterprises, academies, faith communities, and digital protocols become execution layers of the same life-value system.
New Life Spiritual Awakening represents the inner, ethical dimension of this third path.
IV. Core Model: Civilizational Utility U = L × S × F
Charity Economicism evaluates civilization through a multiplicative rather than additive model:
U = L × S × F
where:
L — Living Utility
Measures whether life dignity, mental and physical well-being, cultural identity, creativity, and spiritual development are being nurtured.
S — Survival Utility
Measures whether food, energy, safety, climate resilience, and infrastructure are sufficient for a community to endure.
F — Fulfillment Utility
Measures whether meaning, compassion, wisdom, and intergenerational transmission are being realized.
The multiplicative structure introduces fragility:
If any one factor approaches zero, total civilizational utility collapses.
A society may possess great military power and a high GDP, but if fulfillment is effectively zero, then U is still severely constrained.
The distinctive contribution claimed by the NATS framework is that it seeks to reinforce all three dimensions simultaneously.
For L, it associates with concepts such as frequency-based wellness, BioNet, sound-based well-being, and QHR.
For S, it links to green infrastructure, social enterprise, and sustainable finance.
For F, it emphasizes the thangka, lineage, museums, space heritage, and educational certification.
The point is that awakening is not a single-point spiritual practice; it is a systemic upgrade of L, S, and F together.
| Factor |
Blind Spot in Conventional Economics |
NATS / New Life Awakening Response |
| L — Life |
Treats people mainly as workers and consumers |
Wisdom heritage, well-being, spiritual public goods |
| S — Survival |
Externalizes ecological and intergenerational costs |
SDGs, green infrastructure, social enterprise |
| F — Fulfillment |
Outsources meaning to advertising and short-term desire |
Compassion, wisdom, fulfillment, lineage, galactic ethics |
V. Sovereign Civilization System: The Meaning of a “Global First”
5.1 What Is a Sovereign Civilization System?
Sovereignty has traditionally been understood through territory, military power, and sovereign currency.
NATS proposes a fourth dimension:
Civilizational Sovereignty
This refers to a community’s non-transferable stewardship over its spiritual heritage, symbolic systems, transmission lineages, and future narrative—and to its ability to transform that stewardship into auditable public good and potentially transferable civilizational reserve assets.
Within this framework, the claim of a “global first” is not merely rhetorical. It is argued structurally through the integration of:
- a lineage-based source tradition,
- museum-level appraisal and preservation,
- cross-border museum and religious-institution participation,
- physical records associated with spaceflight,
- long-term social-enterprise operation,
- international academy-based talent certification,
- RWA / digital-asset and charity-pool mechanisms.
The thesis is that any one of these alone would amount only to a cultural object, a token, or an idea.
Only their integration is presented as constituting a system.
5.2 RWA 2.0: Civilizational Reserve Asset, Not a Speculative Token
Within the NATS narrative, NATS is positioned as a civilization-oriented digital asset.
Its intended design logic differs from purely speculative crypto assets:
- disciplined supply,
- physical or cultural anchoring,
- a major allocation toward a charity pool,
- and governance oriented toward life value rather than short-term liquidity.
From 2026 onward, the framework also references cooperation with Great Love Metaverse RWA-related structures, GLAC, CivOS, museum donation initiatives in the United States, and IP collaboration.
The stated purpose is to move “civilizational sovereignty” from a declaration into a layer of executable cross-border agreements.
The essence of RWA 2.0, in this framework, is:
to enable Chinese communities and global citizens to participate in a shared spiritual public good through holding, donating, staking, and co-governance—without reducing sacred culture to mere speculative merchandise.
The asset is the carrier.
Awakening is the purpose.
5.3 Institutional Alignment with the UN SDGs and IAE
Since 2008, the IAE Asia platform is described within this framework as having participated in a broad range of graduate and professional certification initiatives in Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific.
In 2026, proposals for an IAE Global QHR Center and related centers in AGI, civilizational economics, Charity Economicism, space civilization, sustainability, and quantum-related studies aim to make “awakening” teachable, certifiable, researchable, and open to international dialogue.
Within this framework, SDG 8—Decent Work and Economic Growth—is reinterpreted through the L × S × F lens:
Growth that fails the test of life, survival, and fulfillment is not true civilizational progress; it is only numerical expansion.
VI. Sustainable Earth and the Galaxy: Why the Scale Must Expand
The great crises of the twenty-first century—climate disruption, war, collapsing trust, and concentrated AI power—demonstrate that zero-sum logic within Earth’s existing structures cannot by itself repair civilization.
If civilizational narratives remain trapped in nation-state competition, space exploration may simply reproduce colonial logic.
If the narrative expands toward a galactic community of life, then technology, capital, and belief systems can be reordered.
Within the NATS narrative, the 2016 Shenzhou-11 space-related cultural record symbolizes an attempt to place the values of compassion, wisdom, and fulfillment into Earth orbit.
Its philosophical meaning is that future interstellar society should not first encounter the specifications of weapons, but a recognizable protocol of compassion.
In this sense, galactic sustainability is not merely science-fiction rhetoric. It is an effort to extend the ethical scope of Earth civilization beyond national borders and beyond Earth itself.
Earth New Life Awakening must therefore function simultaneously as:
a planetary project
and
an interstellar preparation.
Internally, it repairs ecology and the human heart.
Externally, it prepares a language of encounter that does not begin with conquest.
Within this framework, NATS is presented as both a prototype cultural artifact and a prototype protocol for that encounter.
VII. Construction Mechanism: How Awakening Becomes Co-Creation
7.1 Four-Layer Co-Creation Architecture
1. Inner / Spiritual Layer
Thangka heritage, lineage, sound-based practices, BioNet concepts, and a proposed 41-dimensional QHR awakening curriculum are intended to align inner development with the values of compassion, wisdom, and fulfillment.
2. Institutional Layer
Charity Economicism, property and distribution design, a 50% charity-pool concept, social-enterprise governance, IAE certification, and industry–government–academia–research networks.
3. Asset Layer
NATS RWA 2.0, CivOS, GLAC / Great Love DAO, museum IP, and cross-border donation agreements.
4. Planetary–Galactic Layer
Space-heritage narratives, galactic ethics white papers, and non-conquest principles for civilizational encounter.
7.2 Asia-Pacific Demonstration Belt
The Asia-Pacific combines deep Confucian, Buddhist, and Taoist cultural resources with major manufacturing and technology capabilities, as well as strong collective aspirations for sustainability and peace.
Within the NATS vision, Taiwan can serve as an experimental laboratory for a Great Love, Charity, Wisdom, and New Life institutional model in which:
- social enterprises can access finance,
- cultural IP can operate across borders,
- talent can be certified,
- non-medical well-being services can be expanded,
- and RWA structures can be developed under appropriate compliance frameworks.
The proposed expansion path is:
Taipei
→ Chinese-speaking world and East Asia
→ Singapore and the Asia-Pacific
→ U.S. museum networks
→ international education and civilization platforms
forming an Asia-Pacific–global dual loop.
7.3 Operational Definition of Maximizing New Life Spiritual Value
“Maximization” here does not mean the unlimited expansion of desire.
It means increasing L, S, and F together for each unit of life, without reducing the well-being of others as the price of growth.
Possible indicators include:
- actual disbursement rate of charity pools,
- educational and museum reach,
- number of certified professionals,
- accessibility of green-energy and well-being services,
- participation in cross-border peace initiatives,
- and the ability of younger generations to understand and practice the values of compassion, wisdom, and fulfillment.
If maximization cannot be audited, it remains only a slogan.
VIII. Action Agenda, 2026–2036
- Globalize Civilizational Preservation
Expand museum donation and digital IP cooperation internationally so that cultural transmission enters broader public domains.
- Deepen RWA 2.0 Compliance
Strengthen transparent charity-pool governance, reserve mechanisms, staking design, and life-value-oriented governance while rejecting purely speculative narratives.
- Expand IAE Talent Development
Certify more professionals annually in AI, blockchain, international finance, civilization economics, and related fields so awakening becomes employable, researchable, and institutionally actionable.
- Expand Non-Medical Well-Being Services
Position BioNet and sound-based wellness as non-medical public well-being services connected with NATS cultural environments.
- Build Green Infrastructure
Use social-enterprise mechanisms to promote smart charging, low-carbon systems, and sustainability projects that strengthen the Survival factor.
- Formalize Galactic Ethics
Continue publishing space and galactic Charity Economicism texts as preparatory ethical frameworks for future civilizational encounters.
- Empower Youth Transmission
Integrate the Eastern Renaissance into curricula, exhibitions, and digital or metaverse-based experiences so that millennial Great Love has a new generation of implementers.
IX. Conclusion: Writing Awakening into an Inheritable World
Earth does not lack crisis narratives.
What it lacks is a protocol of hope that is sufficiently beautiful, sufficiently true, and sufficiently executable.
Since 1997, the NATS narrative seeks to use gold, craftsmanship, orbital memory, museum institutions, academic certification, and social-enterprise accounting to transform Compassion, Wisdom, and Fulfillment from words into a synthesis, from a synthesis into a system, and from a system into a civilizational horizon extending toward the galaxy.
Earth New Life Spiritual Awakening means recognizing together—across Chinese civilization and humanity as a whole—that we are not fragments abandoned within consumption and conflict.
We are co-heirs to a larger possibility of Great Love and Wisdom.
The Asia-Pacific can move first.
The world can participate.
The galaxy can serve as the outer boundary condition—not because humanity seeks to escape Earth, but because Earth should become worthy of being seen by the universe.
1 + 1 < 2 is the arithmetic of selfishness.
1 + 1 > 2 is the universe of Great Love.
May this White Paper become a draft constitution for the latter.
