IAE International Academy  Of Education Confers

Dual Doctorates and Professorship in Modern Art and Business Administration
upon Chairman Tsai Teng-Hui （蔡登輝董事長）

The Asia Headquarters of the IAE International Academy, represented by President and Academician Dr. Frank Chen (Chen Jun-Ji), formally conferred upon Chairman Tsai Teng-Hui the degrees of Doctor of Modern Art and Doctor of Business Administration, together with Professorial Certification, under the auspices of the United World Union (W.U.U.) and the IAE World Royal Headquarters.

Founded in 1668, the IAE International Academy is a non-governmental academic institution with over 350 years of history, originating from the collegiate scholarly tradition of Cambridge and recognized for its longstanding academic integrity and international standing.
The conferral of doctoral degrees and professorship by IAE represents not honorary distinction, but a recognition of exceptional academic depth, societal contribution, and civilizational responsibility.

The dual doctorate and professorial certification awarded to Chairman Tsai followed a rigorous evaluation process conducted by the IAE Global Academia–Industry–Research Committee of the Asia Headquarters and was approved unanimously by the World Academic Evaluation Council.

Chairman Tsai is the founder and current Chairman of Ming Hui Technology Co., Ltd., which has maintained stable and principled operations for over 35 years in the information and communications technology sector. Under his leadership, the company has built long-term partnerships with major international and national institutions, earning recognition for its integrity, transparency, and sustainable governance.

Beyond corporate leadership, Chairman Tsai has devoted decades to photographic art and cultural documentation, using visual arts to preserve historical memory, land narratives, and cultural heritage.
